first was my feet then worked up to my joints. The doctor told me I was just getting old may be losing some weight & taking Advil would help. When the skin on my legs started to feel on fire I decided I would just find the answer myself, thank you very much.

That's when I found out about food sensitivity and started to experiment. That when I learned about clean eating. It's been 10 years since my health trials began.  Though I do slip up and enjoy an indulgence from time to time at least I know what the root cause of my issues is and what I can do to make it better. 

That's why I'm here today, to empower you with easy to implement life changes to detox your mind, body, spirit, and personal environment. I'm here to help you down your path of a Natura health lifestyle.
