The word detox has been a buzzword for a while. Every time we turn around there is another celebrity looking to sell some pill, powder, or mystery potion to detox your body. But what does detox really mean?
Detox is simply removing those things that are building up in the body & creates disfunction.

A natural health lifestyle goes beyond the obscure diets, secret supplements, or cure-all-claims with the addition of this superfood mixture or that one.
We all know toxins are bad for our bodies, even the word sounds bad, right? But how do toxins get into our bodies and what can we do about it?
Toxins sneak into our body’s from many different avenues: air pollution, pesticides, yes; but did you know toxins can be found in cleaning products, your health & beauty items, even the foods you choose to eat?

When we are exposed to toxins every single day they can cause us to be sluggish and tired. They can also cause skin rashes, joint pain, headaches, gut issues & a myriad of hormonal and autoimmune disorders.
I hope you can see that the three days detox shake, yes it a start, but it's just not going to cut it in the long run!
