I’ve spent my adult life in rhythm with plants, creativity, & heritage, living close to the earth, making things by hand, & raising my family with herbs while learning the traditions & stories of the Mobile Creole.

Along the way, I learned something essential: healing isn’t just about the body. It lives in the stories we carry, the

roots we stand on, & the choices we make every day.

What I share is simple, grounded, &  meant to be lived. Herbal remedies that work in real life. Small rituals that bring calm to busy days. Spiritual tools that help you reconnect.

These are creative, sustainable practices that honor both the earth & your joy. These are stories that remind you where you come from & why it matters.

I believe true wellness touches mind, body, spirit, & environment. It should feel good, last over time, & keep you connected to yourself, to your roots, &  to the earth that sustains us.

If you’ve ever craved deeper meaning without drowning in rules or “shoulds,” you’re in the right place.

Through holistic education, ancestral wisdom, storytelling, talks, & hands-on demonstrations, I offer practical ways to reconnect with what already lives within you. Everything I share is soulful, accessible, & designed for real life.

TESTIMONIALS

I’ve known Bekka of Bekka’s Planet for many years, and what began with me buying her Liberty Tea (still one of my favorite offerings!) has grown into something foundational in both my life and my work.

As I deepened my own journey into herbalism for emotional and physical healing and eventually began offering Iridology Reports through Eye Am Wellness, Bekka became one of my most trusted herbal resources. Her depth of knowledge, intuitive connection to plants, and years of lived experience make her an invaluable partner in this work.
